I am a certified Massage Therapist & Bodyworker, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher also specialized in fertility, pregnancy, and post-partum care, and a dedicated Somatic Stress Release Practitioner.
My journey has been as diverse as the countries I've lived and worked in as an international development and aid worker.
The quest to contribute to a better world eventually led me to a profound realization about the importance of self-care and holistic healing. Struggling with burnout, I embarked on a personal journey to reconnect with my true essence and deepest desires, ultimately leading me to support others in their transformative processes.
My passion lies in guiding individuals to shift from the confines of their minds to the intuitive wisdom housed within their bodies. As a mental projector, I thrive on continuous learning, blending various theories and perspectives, including philosophy, science, alternative medicine, and manual techniques, to optimize outcomes for those I work with.
My life has been a series of adventurous turns, marked by uncertainty and ample room for personal growth. Having lived and worked in ten countries, I embraced a career change at the age of 30 and embarked on a spiritual journey. Today, my intention is to share my extensive experience, knowledge, and skills with you, guiding you towards a life well-lived, filled with good health, courage, and an open heart.
